Basically, DOLSHIP provides crewing services such as the recruitment and deployment of seafarers to oceangoing vessels to the satisfaction of its owners or principals.

The hiring or enlisting of our seafarers is handled by competent marine and engine officers equipped with vast experiences onboard vessels. Our recruitment team screens the applicants thoroughly based on the standards of our Principals.

After the crew has been recruited and approved by the Principal, DOLSHIP will take care of the documentation needs of our crew such as:
- in-house processing
- visa handling
- monitoring of certificates and licenses of crew
- bookings
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
- in-house training
