Culture

We believe that the success of any organization depends on its people, hence, we make certain that we recognize the achievements of our shorebased personnel and seafarers through our different programs, such as:

Seafarers of the Year / Employee of the Year Awards

These are given to deserving seafarers/employees who have contributed to the enhancement of the corporate culture and image and who have consistently performed within the company standard of Service Excellence.

 

Educational Excellence Award

This award is given to the children and dependents of the shore-based and shipboard personnel for their outstanding academic achievements in the school.

Star & Seagull Award

The Star and Seagull recognition is designed to give management the opportunity to express their appreciation and give on-the-spot recognition to employees for a job well done, an extra special effort, or any contribution that goes above and beyond the usual.

 

 

 

Loyalty Award

Every year, employees who have been with the Group for five (5), ten (10), fifteen (15) and twenty (20) years are recognized and awarded with loyalty plaques and pension plans and in some categories, travel packages.

Ambassador Antonio C. Delgado Achievement Award

The highest achievement award given to anyone who has exhibited exemplary service towards the Group’s growth and success.
