DOLSHIP’s
strength lies in its more than 20 years of hard-earned experience,
being one of the pioneers in the industry. Our Principals are
guaranteed always of honesty and responsibility in dealing with
our stakeholders. We are very strict in the implementation of
the “NO TRAINING, NO DEPLOYMENT” policy. This means
that no crew can ever join his ship without passing the mandatory
STCW training as well as the training requirements prescribed
by our Principals.
Since crewing is one of the most active businesses, one has
to be on the go all the time and the job does not end with crew
recruitment. Once a seafarer is accepted, we, at DOLSHIP, ensure
that he is properly trained, is healthy, has completed all his
documents and is ready to fly anytime.
After
completing his contract, DOLSHIP again has to arrange for his
repatriation and to follow-up his career to make him ready for
his next vessel assignment.
